Kathy Moore Joins RE/MAX of Greensboro As New Sales Associate

Kathy Moore, RE/MAX of Greensboro
Kathy Moore

Kathy Moore has joined RE/MAX of Greensboro as the newest member of this dynamic sales team. Kathy brings to the office 4+ years of experience in real estate and was formerly with Jason Bramblett and Associates.

“My first responsibility is to help my buyers and sellers,” said Moore. “And my move to RE/MAX will be a significant benefit to my clients, because RE/MAX has the most powerful name brand in real estate. With nearly 90,000 Sales Associates in more than 80 countries, when I list a property here in the Piedmont Triad area it’s exposed to a huge audience. That exposure is driven by the RE/MAX website, www.remax.com, the most visited real estate franchise site, which helps my clients get the best possible price for their home in the least amount of time.”

Moore said another advantage offered by RE/MAX of Greensboro is the focus on continuing education. RE/MAX offers real estate courses 24/7, with an online platform that allows Associates to access hundreds of full-length training programs on-demand.

No other real estate organization has a higher percentage of Associates with advanced, professional designations, said Moore. “Keeping on top of the changes in protocol and procedure is extremely important. As an agent, I need to know how CRO works so I can do the best for my clients.

Kathy can be reached at (336) 346-1460 (office), (336) 402-0316 (cell) or via email at kathymoore@remax.net.

Selling Your Home FHA? Learn These Tips To Ensure A Smooth Closing

Before an owner can market a property to buyers that want to use a FHA loan, he will want to familiarize himself with the FHA’s standards. FHA won’t insure loans on just any property. While their standards aren’t as stringent as they used to be, a home needs to be in relatively good condition to qualify for FHA financing.
