Terms and Conditions of the Home Buyer Bonus Program
Eligibility Requirements for buyer to receive Home Buyer Bonus from The Bennett Group of RE/MAX of Greensboro.
- Buyer must register online for the Home Buyer Bonus Program prior to starting an Agency Relationship with The Bennett Group, to receive the Home Buyer Bonus at closing.
- Buyer must be in an agency relationship with The Bennett Group of RE/MAX of Greensboro to receive the Home Buyer Bonus at closing.
- If the Buyer is already in an agency relationship with a 3rd party real estate brokerage company then the buyer is not eligible for the Buyer Bonus.
- The Bennett Group of RE/MAX of Greensboro will receive a "co-broker" commission from the selling agency upon your closing of the home. A portion of this "co-broker" commission will be used to fund your Home Buyer Bonus.
- The co-broker commission paid to The Bennett Group must be at least 2.5% of home sales price for the buyer to be eligible for the Buyer Bonus.
- It is the Home Buyer's responsibility to disclose The Bennett Group Home Buyer Bonus to their mortgage company (Lender)at the earliest possible date.
- Incentives may not be permitted in connection with certain loan programs for the buyer/borrower. These include but are not limited to, FHA and VA loans. Please consult your lender regarding whether or not you can collect the incentive in relation to your loan (in most cases this can be worked out).
- The Mortgage Company ( Lender) must approve and allow the Home Buyer Bonus Rebate to be placed on the HUD-1 at closing.
- Buyer must disclose to any 3rd party brokerage or seller of any property they view that they are in an agency agreement with The Bennett Group of RE/MAX of Greensboro to receive rebate.
- The Home Buyer Bonus Program is not valid in conjunction with or combined with other incentive programs offered by The Bennett Group.
- Any buyer referred to us by any 3rd party that requires a referral fee, is not eligible for the Home Buyer Bonus
- The Home Buyer Bonus is based on the following home closing price range and bonus payment table.
